It covers the design, procurement of equipment, construction works, and commissioning of the plant, an integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) project.
The power plant will include approximately 70,676 photovoltaic panels, each with a nominal capacity of 650 Wp, connected through 184 three-phase inverters to 9 collector transformer stations. It will have an installed capacity of 45.94 MWp and an estimated annual production of 59.21 GWh/year. The total contract duration is 36 months, of which 24 months represent the actual execution period.

The awarding procedure was conducted entirely electronically through the SEAP platform (e-licitație.ro), with the award criterion being the best value for money, with 80% weighting for the financial component and 20% for the technical warranty period offered in addition to the minimum 60 months specified in the tender documentation.
