Wolf Theiss advised Revetas Capital and Cerberus Capital Management on the refinancing of Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest
Wolf Theiss has advised Revetas Capital together with funds and accounts managed by Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. on securing a EUR 123.2 million senior credit facility to refinance their investment in the Radisson Blu Hotel Complex. Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG acted as the financing arranger and sole lender under the facility. The transaction closed on 30 June 2026.
The Wolf Theiss Banking & Finance team, led by Partner Claudia Chiper together with Senior Associates Alexandru Asaftei and Smaranda Văcaru, advised the sponsors on all aspects of the refinancing, including the negotiation and execution of the long-term facility agreement and related finance documentation.
The transaction was further supported by a multidisciplinary Wolf Theiss team in connection with the legal due diligence process.
