Vlasceanu & Partners advises TDI Renewables on EUR 25.5 million financing for the 58 MWp Iratosu solar project

Vlasceanu & Partners team supported TDI Renewables throughout the entire financing process, from the drafting and negotiation of the finance documents to financial close, coordinating all financing-related legal workstreams and assisting with the satisfaction of the conditions precedent.
