Vlasceanu & Partners advises Econergy on the UniCredit € 40.5 million financing for the Oradea 87 MW solar project

The involvement in the financing process included assistance in relation to the issuance of the project due diligence report for the financing, structuring of the transaction, the review and negotiation of the financing package and related security arrangements and guiding through all stages up to signing and completion. 

The financing team involved included Loredana Vlasceanu (Partner), Madalina Mailat (Counsel) and Mihai Uricariu (Associate) with support from the due diligence team, including Raluca Spinu (Partner), Mihaela Farin (Counsel) and Stefania David (Managing Associate), which ensured that all project-level aspects were aligned with the requirements of the lender and the transaction.
