Jose Garza, CEO of Premier Energy Group

Premier Energy completed the acquisition procedure of the mentioned projects, totaling an installed capacity of 18 MW. The four additional locations will, at completion, total an installed capacity of up to 8 MW.

Alive Wind Power One, fully controlled by Premier Energy PLC, is the project company, established for this acquisition and to operate the respective projects. The acquired assets are in the field of electricity production and trading, as well as trading green certificates, and are held by Self Concept SRL.

Jose Garza, CEO of Premier Energy Group - "We are consistent with the announced objective of becoming a regional energy platform. This month we have completed new acquisitions made in the last four months. We will continue with this 'bullish' approach, as we have said before, and at the same time, we are consolidating the synergies within the group around the three business verticals."

Glodeanu Partners assisted Alive Capital and Premier Energy in the acquisition of the project, in a very short period of time, working closely with the buyer's experienced team. The Glodeanu Partners team included Cristina Gavrila (Partner), Patricia Vilceanu (Senior Associate), and Alexandru Pruteanu (Senior Associate).

Premier Energy Romania also completed the acquisition of CEZ Sales, following which the regional customer portfolio of the entire Premier Energy group reached 2.4 million household and non-household customers.

In Romania and the Republic of Moldova, Premier Energy owns green/renewable energy projects, with a capacity of over 1,000 MW, projects that are owned, managed, or are under development, and are equally divided between wind and photovoltaic projects.
