AN Courier accelerates sustainable growth with revenues exceeding RON 1.5 billion in 2025

In an economic environment marked by volatility, cost pressures, and rapidly changing consumer behavior, FAN Courier, one of Romania’s strongest entrepreneurial companies, reconfirms its leadership position through solid financial results and forward-looking investments.

The company closed 2025 with revenues of RON 1.546 billion (approximately EUR 310 million), up by around 11% compared to the previous year. This performance validates FAN Courier’s sustainable growth strategy and its ability to adapt efficiently to a market undergoing accelerated transformation.

For 2026, the company forecasts revenue growth of approximately 15%, a level considered optimal for absorbing increasing market volumes while preserving operational efficiency and high service quality standards.

Parcel volumes delivered by FAN Courier continued to rise steadily in 2025, recording a 15% year-on-year increase. This evolution was driven by the rapid expansion of e-commerce, the growing number of online stores, and consumers’ increasing preference for online shopping—motivated by convenience, broader product selection, and fast delivery.

Against this backdrop, the company continued to invest heavily in infrastructure and technology to support growth without compromising customer experience.

In 2025, FAN Courier made investments totaling approximately EUR 40 million, primarily directed toward the expansion of the FANbox locker network, IT and technology solutions, fleet modernization and expansion, as well as the development of logistics infrastructure.

The FANbox network is one of the company’s most ambitious strategic projects, with around EUR 20 million—half of the total investment budget—allocated to its expansion. Lockers address both end-customer convenience and operational efficiency, in a market where flexible delivery options are becoming a standard rather than a differentiator.

In the logistics and transportation segment, FAN SLS Cargo, fully owned by FAN Courier since 2019, reported revenues of approximately EUR 42 million in 2025, representing a 24% increase compared to 2024, despite significant pressures affecting the logistics industry globally.

Growth was supported by a robust investment program focused on strengthening logistics capabilities and service diversification. Key initiatives included the development of temperature-controlled transport and warehousing (reefer logistics), the expansion of storage capacity through new warehouses in Timișoara and Bacău, the enlargement of the company’s own truck fleet, and increased container transport in response to rising international trade volumes.

One year after FAN Courier acquired a majority stake, customs brokerage company Marian’s Trading is reporting accelerated business growth and financial results exceeding initial expectations. By the end of 2025, the company posted revenues of approximately RON 30 million, up by 37% year-on-year.

For 2026, Marian’s Trading anticipates growth of 15–20%, taking into account the international economic and geopolitical context—an outlook that further confirms the strategic value of integration within the FAN Courier group.

Beyond financial performance, FAN Courier continues to invest in the community. The FAN Courier Foundation marks eight consecutive years of activity, strengthening its role as a catalyst for social change through programs that turn numbers into transformed lives.

With a strong commitment to education and equity, the Foundation has consistently refined its strategy, investing in support models that go beyond financial aid to create sustainable mechanisms for personal and social development.
