Nyerges & Partners advised Eximprod on the sale of an operational 6.4 MW Solar Photovoltaic project to AJ Brand
Nyerges & Partners advised Eximprod on the sale to AJ Brand of Gebeleizis 6.4 MW operational solar photovoltaic project. The project benefited from funding under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Nyerges & Partners provided sell-side legal advice across all key phases of the project, including legal support throughout the buyer legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, securing the FDI approval on behalf of AJ Brand and transaction closing.
The project team was coordinated by Mihaela Nyerges (Managing Partner) and Irina Moinescu (Counsel), supported by Monica Cune-Ghițescu (Counsel), Mihaela Spiridon (Counsel), Carmen Drăgușin (Associate) and Emilia-Roberta Roca (Junior Associate) handling real estate and construction permitting, Adina Tănăsoiu (Senior Associate) covering corporate matters, and Larisa Nicolae (Managing Associate) managing the FDI screening.
