This transaction follows the earlier sale of Equilibrium 1, which was also completed with PeliPartners’ legal assistance, and reflects the continuity of the collaboration between the two teams on landmark real estate projects on the local market. The transaction was coordinated by Oana Bădărău, Partner, Head of Real Estate, and Mădălina Fildan Răileanu, Partner, who were involved in all key stages of the process, providing comprehensive legal assistance.

The sale of the second building marks the completion of the full transfer of the Equilibrium complex to the same investor and confirms the attractiveness of the office assets developed by Skanska.
