Albotă Law Firm advises OX2 on construction contracts negotiations for the Ansthall wind farm in Romania
Albotă Law Firm has advised OX2 on the negotiation of construction contract terms for the company’s flagship renewable energy development in Romania—the 96 MW Ansthall onshore wind farm.
Planned for eastern Romania, the Ansthall project will feature 15 Vestas turbines, each with a capacity of 6.4 MW. Construction is set to commence in the third quarter of 2025, with commissioning scheduled for 2027. Once operational, the wind farm will play a key role in advancing Romania’s renewable energy targets and energy transition strategy.
The firm’s team provided comprehensive legal guidance during the negotiations, ensuring that the contract framework meets the intricate demands of a project of this magnitude.
