Following the transaction announced on September 1, 2016, Direct One S.A. will take control of Netcity Group SA. the concessionaire of underground fiber optic network in Bucharest, following the agreement signed with UTI and UTI Investment BV 

Direct One is the operator of a national network of over 5,500 kilometers of optical fiber. Tuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii  was the law firm that assisted the buyer, namely Direct One S.A with a team  coordinated by Catalin Baiculescu, Partner  and Vlad Cercel, Partner in the firm.

Local courier firm FAN Courier, inaugurated officially heir first regional hub in Brasov following a 5 million EUR investment. According to the shareholders of the company, the main role of this hub is to handle almost a quarter of the national parcels. It is a replica of the hub in Bucharest , has 34 000 sqm and will employ approximately 300 people.

The only recycling industrial park in Romania, Green Group, was taken over by investment fund Abris Capital, after several months of negotiations with the majority shareholders: European Bank for Regional Development EBRD and Global Finance, a Greek fund.

Following the acquisition of Cargus and Urgent Curier, and Pehart Tec (paper producer), Abris Capital Partners enters the market of waste management in Romania for a business worth 90 million EUR. Company Green Group has operations also in Serbia and Macedonia (Greentech, Greenfiber International, GreenWEEE, GreenLamp, GreenGlass Recycling and Total Waste Management, all six under the umbrella of Green Group).

Blaxy Premium Resort & Hotel, the largest resort at the Black Sea in Romania with 540 rooms that offers the possibility of purchasing apartments in periodic property regime, launched on the 5^th of May 2016 its hotel services, complementary to the periodical property.

The total surface of the complex is 72 000 sqm, and includes exterior pools for adults and children restaurants, bars, clubs, a special area for children, and a summer amphitheater. Three out of seven sections were inaugurated, more exactly 540 rooms out of a total of 900 condos that are partly contracted. The rest will be leased in hotel regime.
