RoRES 2026 brings the future of residential development in Romania into the spotlight
On May 27, 2026, at the Sheraton Bucharest Hotel, leaders of the residential market, investors, developers, public authorities, consultants, and financial institutions will gather for the second edition of , the benchmark event dedicated to residential development in Romania.
Organized by GovNET Romania, the summit will provide an in-depth perspective on the main challenges and opportunities currently shaping the residential sector: urban planning bottlenecks, access to financing, changing buyer behavior, urban regeneration, sustainability, and new community-centered development models.
As Romania’s residential market continues to attract growing investor interest despite ongoing urban planning and permitting challenges, RoRES 2026 positions itself as the platform where key industry stakeholders discuss the real direction of the market and the future of residential investments. 
Three strategic sessions focused on the transformation of the Residential Market
The conference agenda is structured around three major thematic sessions covering the commercial, investment, legal, operational, and urban dimensions of modern residential development.
The first session, “Market, Product & Community – Why We Build and What We Build?”, will bring together leaders from development, consultancy, and related services to analyze the 2026 residential market reset, demand evolution, and changes in buyer profiles.
