Customer Service Business Safari (CSBS)

Customer Service Business Safari (CSBS) is a program similar to a mini-MBA, that focuses on SME owners, managers, and Romanian specialists that want to apply loyalty excellent customer service programs.

The CSBS program is a developed version of the Customer Experience Management Seminar where the 2 day seminar is accompanied by a 5-day business tour, so as to give the managers the possibility to meet companies which are great in Customer Service and talk to top managers, Customer Service practitioners and their peers.

At the end of the tour there will be a session of conclusions and a diploma awarding ceremony.

The CSBS program will take place in Bucharest, between the 10th and the 16th of May 2014.
