Acquisition International designated Maravela & Asociatii Romania’s M&A and Contract Law Firm of the year

The London based Acquisition International Magazine declared Maravela & Asociatii both Mergers & Acquisitions and Contract Law firm of the year in Romania, placing the law firm among top-tier global players such as Linklaters, Herbert Smith, K&L Gates, Norton Rose, Baker & McKenzie or Bird & Bird.

According to the magazine, the judging process was based on three factors: the number of votes received as the voting forms were distributed to the 53,000+ subscribers of the publication, as well as to an in-house database of some 150,000 individuals, all of whom have been actively involved in some form of transactional activity in the last two years; apart from voting, the in-house research and the supporting documents provided by the nominees were the other factors influencing the decision.
