 Dedicated, passionate and driven Chartered Safety and Health practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in industries such as Construction, waste and resource management, manufacturing, logistics etc. In the early stages of his career, David was involved in a serious workplace accident as the injured party. He sustained life changing injuries and undertook a long road to recover physically and mentally before returning to work.  David developed a range of H&S qualifications and competency and continue to develop professionally and achieved a career milestone by achieving chartered member of IOSH status.

David Donnelly is the SHEQ Manager for Re-Gen Group and also the acting secretary of WISHNI. 

Craig Paton

Top 10 HSE influencer finalist 2022 - MD @ Paton Safety Solutions, MD @ Great Minds, Mental health and well-being advocate - Health and Safety consultant and MHFA trainer GradIOSH NVQDip

Craig Paton is a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager and a Graduate member of IOSH. Craig has worked for companies including Balfour Beatty and BAM Nuttall. Starting his career on site as a labourer, Craig was close to a fatal accident on site. This made him re-evaluate his career to try and prevent such things happening. Craig worked his way to H&S Advisor and gained a reputation as one of the up and coming top safety professionals. After many years as a H&S Manager he realised that mental health and the growing suicide rate in Construction was where his next challenge was. Craig obtained his qualifications for training mental health first aid and awareness. He also conducts suicide awareness and prevention classes. Craig was named in the top 10 HSE influencers in Europe by his peers and also runs a successful podcast to talk about construction and mental health.

Alin Moldovan

Alin is a graduate of the Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, International business administration. With +14 years of experience in testing and implementing industrial products, with the last 8 years implementing Mapa Professional products on the Romanian and Bulgarian market. He is managing all distributors and key accounts as a Country Manager for Romania and Bulgaria since 2015, with a wide range of industries as automotive, aviation, white appliance, utilities, aeronautical.

Alexandru Burada
Risk Manager, Ford Otosan Romania

With an experience of over 15 years in risk management, Alex Burada has been since 2014 risk manager for Ford in Romania, being responsible for the Safety, Security and Fire Departments. Starting from an engineering backgound and a masters degree in safety management, his recommandation came from the excelent results in managing health and safety for the Ford construciton and installation sites mainly in Romania, but also for German Ford plants in Cologne and Saarlouis.

Personal career development is based equaly on a set of values such as feedback, transparency, innovative mindset, respect for professional deontology as well as the knoladge based contribution brought to a permanently changing automotive environment.

Marius Leucutia
CEO, Bunzl Romania

Mr. Marius Leucutia, an experienced professional in business management and development, holds the position of Country Manager for Bunzl Romania, which is a subsidiary of Bunzl plc.  Mr. Marius Leucutia has demonstrated exceptional skills in sales strategy, organizational growth, and profitability throughout his career. He has held leadership positions in several companies and possesses a strong background in business management. Mr. Leucutia obtained an MBA in Economics and Business Administration from the Open University Business School and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.

Apart from his expertise in business management, Mr. Marius Leucutia also serves as the Governor Assistant for Rotary Club District 2241 in Romania - Republic of Moldova. 

Raoul Mihalca
Projects Director, Skanska Property Romania

Raoul Mihalca is an experienced professional in the commercial development and construction industry. He joined Skanska’s construction stream in 2013. 

During the 17 years spent within the industry, Raoul held various supervisory and managerial positions in urban development projects both locally and abroad. In 2015 he became part of Skanska Commercial Development business unit in CEE.  Since 2018 Raoul has directly managed the complete development cycle of Skanska’s most complex commercial project in Bucharest: Campus 6.2 & 6.3 from a Project Manager position.

Starting February 2023, Raoul has been promoted to Projects Director. In this role, he is responsible for leading the development activities of Campus 6.4 project, while also providing support for the operation of Equilibrium project. During the last 3 years, Raoul has actively contributed to the CEE strategic group which focuses on enhancing operational efficiency between the Construction, Residential and Commercial Development streams.

Environment, Health and Safety Manager with a PhD diploma in Chemical engineering with over 17 years of experience in the field, with great attention to detail on monitoring and ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 & 14001 standards, including health and safety legal regulations. 

Dedicated to the development of organizational health and safety policies, the creation of programs and guidelines in the field of occupational safety and compliance with applicable legislation.

I have been involved in the opening and commissioning of three factories so far and I have always considered it a challenge to build a strong safety culture.

He also attended the Postgraduate Course - Health and Safety Risk Assessment in Work, at the Bucharest Polytechnic Institute. With over 10 years of experience in the Health, Safety & Environment, and Industrial fields, Liviu has graduated from the University of Craiova and Petrosany Safety Engineering profile. He is an internal Auditor for the Management Systems ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 in continuous development. NOTE:
- After registration, you will receive an invoice. Payment can only be made by bank transfer and must be processed by the event date.

The fee includes participation in conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunch, as well as speaker presentations. All registration fees mentioned above are exclusive of 19% VAT.
